I confess. I'm a hitting nerd. I'm the guy waiting in the grocery store line working on my stride. After a recent surgery, I was laid up for a week. Being away from the cage was the worst part of the surgery. I took advantage of the time to test a hypothesis on the stride. The result . . . A ten page study on the "Big League Stride".
