Write me at least three things Alex Rodriguez is doing correctly at his launch position. Then, tell me at least two things that could be improved on Kevin Seitzer's launch position as illustrated in the above picture. (No offense to Kevin. He was a great hitter and I was a big fan of his when I was a kid . . .just a little fooled on this pitch!)

A rod is equally distributing his weight to both feet, his chin is over the balls of his feet, and the bat is pointing toward the catcher's feet.
Kevin Seitzer is leaning too much on his front foot, and his bat is not pointing to the catcher's feet
Arod has the end of his bat pointing at the catcher's feet, his weight is equal on both feet, and his chin is over his feet.
Kevin is not pointing the bat at the catcher's feet, and his weight is not equal.
Rodriguez has his weight on the balls of his feet, his weight is equally distributed, and the knob of his bat is pointed towards the catchers' feet.
Seitzer has too much weight on his front foot and the knob of his bat is not pointed toward the catchers' feet.
